Job Description

The primary function of Social Media Manager is to absolutely WOW our current followers and introduce our brands to millions of NEW potential customers. Our current social networks consist of 300,000+ connections and your task will be to grow/nurture these relationships with the end goal of driving eCommerce conversions. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain social strategy and online content that attracts attention, generates interest and demands to be shared by our primary customer - Moms!
  • Taking our social strategy to the 'next level'.  Challenging the norms and pushing boundaries to ideally build virality, engagement and social growth every day.
  • Manage day-to-day planning activities related to social media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands' social media sites and reputation management.
  • Identify and engage bloggers, other influencers and brand advocates to build loyalty and affinity to further enhance brand communication to unconverted consumers
  • Work with other members of the company (Graphic Design & Merchandise Planning) to create -> execute -> analyze cross-platform social media giveaway, sales and events.

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is extremely cross-functional, working closely with Management, Graphic Design and Social Community Management.   • At least 3 years of owning a brand's social media experience, building communities and campaigns with demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Expert in social media monitoring and analytic tools, and experienced in executing and managing social strategies
  • Paid social media advertising experience a bonus
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills.
