The primary function of this position is the responsibility for generating re-order sales from children's boutiques around the country who have ordered previously. You will directly influence the company's future growth by increasing brand loyalty and generating sales, while maintaining the highest customer service and ethical standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate re-orders from current customers, through follow up calls and emails.
  • Build personal relationships with domestic boutique owners and their employees as part of our customer-centric sales approach.
  • Educate stores on our new/existing products to cross-sell, up-sell and offer promotional sale items.
  • Use our sales Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and process to:
    • Keep hundreds of boutiques on track with their scheduled follow-up timeline of emails and phone calls.
    • Track each point of contact to ensure customers are hearing from us when they're most likely to place an order.
    • Provide continued, stellar communications and support to existing customers, with the goal of generating additional re-order business.


  • Are passionate about sales. You love helping customers find great products (ours!) and want them to have an amazing experience with every point of contact.
  • Are great at communicating via any medium necessary - in person, on the phone, over email, instant messenger, etc.
  • Are detail-oriented. You will be working within efficient systems and be expected to precisely execute our processes, while also contributing to improving those processes.
  • Project an energetic and persuasive attitude and can translate this to customers over the phone to build excellent rapport.
  • Demonstrate initiative, perseverance, autonomy, and efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Enjoy working in small, tight-knit teams, in a fast-paced environment. You'll be and important, full-time member of our team and will have the direct ability to turn effort into results.
  • Are interested in learning about the children's apparel business (no previous experience necessary).
  • Are proficient at using modern web applications. You'll be using Outlook, Google Docs, and our in-house CRM (Netsutie) software on a daily basis.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or communications, is highly preferred.
  • History of not taking no for an answer, along with continued desire to learn and improve.
  • Relevant job experience and success therein expected.


  • Base salary + commission. Income is only limited by candidate's work ethic and abilities to excel in the position.
