RuffleButts, Inc. is a manufacturer of fun and frilly apparel for infant to toddler girls.  We've been in business for 10+ years and are located in Grapevine, TX.  We're a fun, growing company, with appearances on ABC's Shark Tank, Ellen DeGeneres and more!

The primary function of this position is to surprise and delight our customers.  You will be the main customer touch point at RuffleButts, responsible for any/all customer service questions / issues that arise.  You have the awesome opportunity to let your pleasant personality, attention to detail and desire to astound customers collide to bring smiles to all those who reach out to our company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone call / emails from customers
  • Resolve question or issues pertaining to:
    • ​Product sizing / fit / color matching
    • Website issues / online ordering help
    • Return / exchange questions / processing - including payment 
    • Anything else a customer may throw at you :)
  • Use our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to update or create cases around returns/exchanges and customer inquiries
  • Manage your day autonomously to ensure all customer requests are handled quickly and accurately
  • Provide continued, stellar customer service and support to existing customers, with the end-goal of WOWing everyone you come into contact with
  • Other responsibilties, based on a given candidates current skillset / willingness to learn include, but are not limited to:
    • ​Assisting with photography department and coordination of company photo-shoots
    • Assiting the design team with spec measurements, design ideas and Adobe InDesign or Photoshop image creation / manipulation
    • Other value-adding tasks where candidate ability and company need coincide.

  • Are passionate about customer service. You love providing customers an amazing experience with every point of contact.
  • Project an energetic and persuasive attitude and can translate this to customers over the phone and team members in the office to build excellent rapport.
  • Are extremely organized and detail-oriented. You will be working within efficient systems and be expected to precisely execute our processes, while also contributing to improving those processes.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task in a hectic role, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across all open items.
  • Are great at communicating via any medium necessary - in person, on the phone, over email, instant messenger, etc.
  • Demonstrate initiative, perseverance, autonomy, and efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Enjoy working in small, tight-knit teams, in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an extremely important member of our team and will have the direct ability to turn effort into results.
  • Are interested in learning about the children's apparel business (no previous experience necessary).
  • Are proficient at using modern web applications. You'll be using Outlook, Google Docs and Netsuite, our in-house ERP software, on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or communications, is preferred.
  • History of being an overly organized perfectionist, along with continued desire to learn and improve.
